Will Adler
Principal
Will Adler is a seasoned political professional with roots in Nevada. After studying construction and wildlife management, he received a bachelor's degree in Wildlife Ecology & Range Management from the University of Nevada, Reno. Will has extensive experience in policy, politics, and elections, including serving as the Northern Nevada Director for Governor Steve Sisolak's successful 2018 campaign. He has also represented clients in a variety of industries, including the marijuana industry, renewable energy, and Native American tribes, and has specialized in legislative and regulatory advocacy, local government issues, and economic development.
Sarah Adler
Principal
Sarah Adler is a seasoned professional with over 40 years of experience in rural and community development, mental health, politics, policy, and elections. She has held positions as an English teacher and grants administrator for the Carson City School District and is currently a Principal with Silver State Government Relations, where she lobbies for clients and causes. In addition, she provides consulting services in government relations, partnership and collaboration development, and workforce development to businesses and nonprofits.
Dev Bararia
Associate
Dev Bararia joins the SSGR team with a wealth of experience in both Northern and Southern Nevada. She graduated from University of Nevada Reno with bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and International Affairs in 2023. Dev has been deeply involved in elections in Nevada, having worked on several statewide campaigns. In the legislature, she has spent time working on policy issues such as clean energy and health care, and advocated for those without a voice.
Alex Tanchek
Associate
Alex Tanchek joined the SSGR team with over a decade of experience in legislative, regulatory, and electoral affairs. After graduating from the University of Nevada - Reno in 2009 with bachelor’s degrees in Political Science and Economics, Alex began his career as an intern with the Retail Association of Nevada during the 2007 legislative session. Throughout his career, Alex has worked on various public policy topics such as natural resources, health care, health insurance, gaming, construction, and professional licensing and provided administrative support to various governmental and nonprofit organizations. In his free time, Alex enjoys studying Nevada history and exploring the Silver State.
Robert Purdy
Associate
Robert Purdy is a lifelong Nevadan who brings a unique perspective to the political landscape. Educated in Mechanical Engineering at the University of Nevada, Reno, Robert has brought his technical viewpoint of detail oriented work and fact based analysis to many aspects of Nevada politics and government relations. He has worked on political campaigns on both the local and national level and has a special interest in education, energy, and economic development.
